This time the action moves to the Spanish gay mecca of Sitges for 'gaywatch'. Cara receives some expert help from the locals in trying to spot who is heterosexual and who is gay. The boy judged to be the straightest gets to enjoy a romantic dinner with Cara. The next test is a classic tug of war, but before it takes place Jameela delivers a surprise in the shape of two new beefy boys who join the show.
