Like Seacrest said, hard to pack 140K+ hours into 2 hours, but I agree with Marq, would have liked to seen a little of the shows he mentioned. Plus 24 ruled!

Not seeing much mention for some of the lesser-heralded shows that I've loved on Fox during their original airing (Undeclared, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Martin, Futurama, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Action!, Get a Life, The Ben Stiller Show). Instead we get about 30 minutes worth of American Idol clips. Grrrr.
